Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. You have 3 days from the date of delivery to notify us if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

We do not issue cash or original payment method refunds. Approved returns for damaged or defective items are only eligible for store credit.

Please check our size guides carefully before ordering. We do not offer refunds, store credit, or exchanges for incorrect sizing or fit. All sales regarding size choices are final.

Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately. We do not accept order cancellations under any circumstances.

If you need to change your shipping address, you must contact info@thisisbutter.shop within 1 hour of placing your order. We cannot guarantee address updates after this 1-hour window.

To ensure your package arrives safely, we verify all shipping addresses. If we cannot confirm your address, we will hold your package and email you. Your order will remain on hold until you reply to our email and verify the correct address.

When you purchase a pre-order item, your order secures your spot in production. You will receive an automated email notification with tracking information as soon as your pre-order item ships.
